The Alistair Walker Whisky Company, based in Grangemouth, Central Scotland, was founded in 2018. With nearly 20 years of experience in the Scotch whisky industry, Alistair Walker took the leap and set out on his own path as an independent bottler.

The whiskies are bottled under the brand name ‘Infrequent Flyers’. This name refers to the nature of many of the casks we bottle – often whiskies from lesser-known distilleries that are of excellent quality, but have never been widely or consistently available. As such, many of our releases are whiskies you don’t see very often – hence the name ‘Infrequent Flyers’.

Ruadh Moar is the name given to the peated whisky produced by the Glenturret distillery.
