Nose

Clean, refined and beautifully balanced. Fresh orchard fruits lead the way—green apple, pear and white peach—layered with soft vanilla cream and gentle honeyed sweetness. Subtle floral notes (white blossom, chamomile) intertwine with light cereal, fresh malt and a faint citrus zest. The oak influence is elegant and restrained, showing hints of sweet wood, coconut and a delicate spiciness.

Palate
Silky yet vibrant, with a harmonious interplay between fruit, malt and oak. Juicy apple and pear are joined by lemon curd, vanilla fudge and soft toffee. The rejuvenated casks contribute gentle structure: light oak spice, white pepper and a touch of ginger, while the refill character allows the distillate’s purity to shine. Well-integrated alcohol brings energy without overpowering.

Finish
