The Planteray Black Cask 2025 Barbados & Trinidad is a limited edition blended rum that combines rums distilled in Barbados and Trinidad. This rum undergoes Planteray's signature double-ageing process: initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels in the Caribbean, it then undergoes a second maturation in heavily toasted Ferrand casks in France. This process contributes to its complex and subtly smoky character.
