Nose: Op volle sterkte is het aroma zeer geurig en licht droog met warme moutige tonen. De eerste impressie is die van zandkoekjes en toffee.
Palate: Een warm gevoel met een zachte, licht kruidige smaak. iets moutig en de zoetheid van toffee komt ook in de smaak terug.
Finish: Zandkoekjes, de kruidige smaak van gember marmelade.
