Nose: Olive brine, oyster water, cold ashes and hints of fresh newspapers. Hints of ink, bright lemon juice-zests, fresh grassy notes, menthol & eucalyptus. and eucalyptus. Darker bonfire smoke in the back
Palate: Herbal, warming coal smoke, followed by dark chocolate ganache. Hints of worn leather, salted caramel and seashells. A lovely saltiness and mocha. walnut skins and a mineral sharpness.
Finish: Very long, on lingering herbs, briney notes and warm ashy smoke
