Dailuaine 12 Years Old [Single Cask / The Whisky Jury] - Distilled 11/2011 - Aged 3 Years in 2 Years in a 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Cask - Bottled 01/2025 - Cask #15 - 48.88% abv.

One of the waxy distilleries, and this expression certainly shows it. It’s rare to have a young whisky of such complexity and maturity. Stewed fruits and waxiness make this 12 year old dram an absolute stunner. It’s TWJ's first Dailuaine by the way!
