PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Pre-orders are orders for products that are not yet available in our own warehouse but are already offered by our suppliers. By enabling pre-orders, Tensu gives you the opportunity to reserve limited and/or restricted bottlings before the official sale begins.

Once the pre-ordered product is in stock and payment has been received, Tensu will proceed with collection/delivery of the product. When placing a pre-order, the full purchase price must be paid in advance. After payment, pre-orders cannot be cancelled, unless a waiting list exists and the pre-order can be resold.

Pre-order payments do not guarantee the availability of the product, but represent your offer to purchase the product once it becomes generally available for sale. Release dates are subject to change. As a result, Tensu cannot be held liable for any changes to release dates communicated by Tensu.

In the event that deliveries fall short of the number of pre-orders placed, the principle of “first come, first served” applies. Customers whose pre-orders cannot be fulfilled will receive a full refund of the purchase amount.
