Nose: Wow! The question is how can something so gentle be so full of flavour. The alcohol feels like it has taken the day off to let the soft sultans, raisins, orange zest and plum come out to play.
Palate: Once again wow! The way sherried whiskies used to be with a twist. The sweet, juicy dark fruit compote explodes on the palate in a celebration of all that is great.
Finish: Everything above and more as now the delight of the palate is mingling with the joy of having enjoyed this dram. Wonderful and unbelievably only 6 years old!
