Nose:
Rich aromas of maple syrup and caramelized sugar open the profile, complemented by notes of Liège waffle, orange jelly, and Pim’s Cake. Youthful oak spices and light toasted oak add complexity, while dark raisins coated in milk chocolate provide depth. After a few minutes in the glass, the sherry influence fully asserts itself, creating an intense, sherry-forward experience.

Palate:
Bold sherry notes on the entry, sweet and spicy, with toasted oak providing structure and balance. Full-bodied and rounded, revealing hints of coffee and chocolate-studded student mix, leading seamlessly toward the finish.

Finish:
Long and warming, with spiced oak, dried dark raisins, nutmeg, and a subtle touch of gentle pipe tobacco.
