This lightly peated distillate from the Northern Isles is famous for its heather honey character. Fully matured in a first fill bourbon barrel for layers of sweetness and vanilla.

Also as the only distillery on the archipelago that produces spirit with a smoky character, helps to narrow down even further. Fully matured in a 1st fill bourbon barrel providing lots of sweetness combined with a huge ABV of 63.6% combines to feel like Haribo Tangfastics whapping around the inside of your mouth, teeth and gums!

The taste revealed - pear tart, lapsing tea and runny honey.
