Nose: Softer peat than the classic Ledaig. A very warm and welcoming nose invites syrup sponge along for the party and a gentle just blown off candle smoke.
Palate: That late autumnal BBQ with a thick slab of smoked bacon cooking over white hot coals. It wouldn’t be the same without a drizzle of maple syrup over the top. An incredible dram.
Finish: What I would refer to as an archers finish. You can draw your arm back all the way, just like the finish but it’s the distance the arrow flies.
