Nose: Barley sugar or blackstrap molasses, honey with a hint of sea salt and ozone. Something zesty in the background and apple blossom makes for a complex and intriguing nose.
Palate: Cool and oily on the tongue with an explosion of nectar, white pepper, coastal vanilla, mixed fruits and almost but not quite frankincense. More sesame crackers with a drizzle of orange peel.
Finish: Warm and sweet, lingering for a short while before dissipating with a honey warmth, tingling spice and sesame oil.
