As TWJ says: We’ve done a few Ledaigs in the past. The creamy, oily spirit is one of the great peated whiskies out there. However, this is the first time we’ve found a cask at such an old age. Whilst 15 year old Ledaig can certainly be delicious, the age in this gives an extra layer of complexity that you only get with patience. Oily, fruity, peaty, herbal and gently spiced with an endless finish. What more could you ask for?
