Nose: Bold sherry influence with aromas of rich dried fruits, figs and dates, layered with dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and hints of leather and spice.
Palate: Full-bodied and powerful; bursting with flavours of raisins, black cherries, treacle and espresso, underpinned by warming oak and a touch of tobacco.
Finish: Long, warming and complex, with lingering notes of sherry-soaked fruit, nutmeg, cocoa and oak tannins.

The Edradour No.2 marks the first bottling from the distillery extension that went into operation in 2018, without changing the characteristic house style.
The Edradour No. 2 Inaugural Release was produced using the same small pot stills, traditional worm tubs, and wooden washbacks as were used 200 years ago. To commemorate the distillery's bicentennial, this single malt was bottled at 57.1% ABV by independent bottler Signatory Vintage after maturing for seven years in first-fill sherry butts.
