Nose: Soft and delicate for its strength. Notes of nuts and spice, hints of fruit, creamy undertones and subtle complexity. Surprisingly unpeated for Caol Ila, with no smoky or turf character.
Palate: Creamy, full-bodied and rich, with sweet, fruity layers and nutty undertones. Warm spice and mild oak contribute to depth. Adding a few drops of water reveals extra creamy fruitiness.
Finish: Long, elegant and gently dry. Nutty tones and warm spices linger, with a clean, refreshing finish when slightly diluted.

This creamy and supple collector’s piece brings flavours of white chocolate, raspberry and nougat, with earthy undertones and a touch of leatherwood honey, layered throughout with delicate spice.
