Nose: Fresh and vibrant, with notes of lemon oil, green apple, a saline breeze, white stone fruit, a hint of grape, and a subtle floral lift. Soft vanilla, light toast, and brioche.
Palate: Layered with malty sweetness and citrus zest on the opening. Then fruit notes of pear and white peach, with a subtle mineral edge. The Champagne casks bring an elegant dryness and a refined toastiness
Finish: Medium to long, with lingering citrus and white fruit, a lightly drying oak note, and a fresh, wine-like echo with a subtle toasty edge.

Returning after the roaring success of this release's previous incarnations, Ardnamurchan’s Paul Launois gives classic Highland single malt a twist with their Champagne cask recipe. This bottling was distilled in 2017, and matured for close to nine years before recieving it's signature finish in e Champagne barriques from Paul Launois. The result is an unpeated liquid bottled at 57.4% abv, with a lovely, balanced character.
On the nose, expect orchard fruits. buttery honied pastries, and a subtle citrus twist. The palate is tangy with further citrus fruits, balanced by gentle spice. The finish sugary, salty, and fresh.
