Nose: Elegant and velvety. Sherry, mixed nuts, the atmosphere of a damp morning in the forest, blackberries and very subtle mineral notes.
Palate: Spicy and initially creamy, with an elegant sherry influence, white pepper, walnuts and an autumnal woodland character.
Finish: Becomes rounder and increasingly complex towards the end, with autumnal notes gradually coming to the fore as the finish lingers.

Drawn from a single cask and finished in a sherry cask, this Single Cask was bottled at 51% ABV, with a very limited outturn of just 153 bottles. A limited edition that perfectly reflects the Asta Morris philosophy: selecting unique casks and presenting them in their most authentic form.
