Palate: Light-bodied and slightly oily with gentle spices such as nutmeg and pepper. Sweet on the arrival, followed by a subtle saline edge and a touch of bitterness reminiscent of chestnut on the mid-palate.
Finish: The finish is particularly long, with that drying bitterness continuing to linger
