Fernão Pires, Arinto, Sauvignon Blanc
Mechanically harvested at the end of August and early September, during the night to preserve aromas, the grapes were immediately processed at our winery. After flotation, the clarified must was fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16 ºC.
With a pale citrus-yellow colour, this white wine shows aromas of citrus and tropical fruit on the nose. On the palate, it has good acidity and is fresh and well-balanced.
