Glendalough Distillery presents the Single Grain Double Barrel Cask Strength Irish Whiskey. This spirit begins its maturation in charred ex-Bourbon American oak barrels. It is then finished in premium first-fill Oloroso casks from Montilla, a small town nestled in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside. The bodega, the sherry, the casks, and the cooper are all carefully selected to deliver a terroir-driven expression of the region. That essence becomes captured in the whiskey as it rests and matures in these slowly toasted Spanish barrels.

This whiskey is bottled straight from the cask at 61.3% ABV, as a tribute to the heritage and original craft of distillation that has been part of Irish culture for centuries.
