Nose: Fresh sweet caramel chews give way to Victoria sponge cake with cream and Apricot jam. Hint of almond arrives late to the show.
Palate: Caramel syrup but not heavy mingles with vanilla fudge and a hint of marzipan lets you know that the almonds my have been late but they are still in the game.
Finish: A tinglingly fresh finish with some delicate white pepper spice.
