At the time, this tequila belonged to George Clooney, Rande Gerber, and Mike Meldman, but it is now owned by Diageo.
Casamigos Blanco Tequila is a fresh, clean tequila featuring aromas of sweet agave and citrus—reminiscent of the zest of a freshly cut grapefruit. On the palate, it is smooth and silky, with fruity notes interwoven with delicate nuances of vanilla. Its evolution in the mouth is balanced and pleasant, offering a freshness that imparts a sense of lightness without sacrificing character. The finish is long and smooth, leaving a citrusy, subtly sweet impression—perfect for accompanying those moments spent lingering with friends.
Crafted from 100% hand-selected blue agave (Tequilana Weber) from Jalisco, Mexico, this blanco tequila is the result of a slow, meticulous production process. The *piñas* (agave hearts) are cooked in traditional brick ovens, and following a double distillation, the tequila rests in stainless steel tanks before bottling. This approach is designed to preserve the pure expression of the agave, resulting in a crisp, clear profile, entirely free from the influence of wood.
