Nose: Bright and vibrant with fresh orange, lemon zest, and fragrant elderflower, all grounded by honeyed sweetness and a touch of light maritime smoke.
Palate: Juicy citrus and tropical fruit notes mingle with barley sugars, toffee apple, and salted caramel, all perfectly balanced by subtle peat.
Finish: Long and silky, transitioning into rich butterscotch, crushed walnuts, and lingering stone fruit.

Kilchoman - Rockside - 11 Years Old [Official Bottling] Bottled 2026 - Combination of 80% Bourbon & 20% Oloroso Sherry Casks - 46.0% abv.
For this bottling, Anthony Wills used approximately 80% Bourbon casks and 20% Oloroso sherry casks. The distinctive fruitiness of the 100% Islay release – which is slightly less peated at 20 ppm and bottled at 46% – comes through beautifully here. Alongside fruit compote, tropical fruits and white grapes, I particularly like a note of grilled pineapple on the nose and on the palate. A lovely, well-balanced whisky that suits the distillery perfectly as one of its core range products!
