De Fortin Distillery (officieel: Fortin S.A.) is gelegen in Itá, in het departement Central, ongeveer 35 kilometer ten zuidoosten van de hoofdstad Asunción, in Paraguay.
Fortin is bekend als de eerste distilleerderij in Paraguay die rum produceert op basis van lokale suikerrietvariëteiten, en werkt heel duurzaam — bijvoorbeeld met eigen waterbronnen en milieuvriendelijke technieken. Ze maken er onder andere rumtypes zoals Ron Fortin 3 años, Ron Fortin 5 años en enkele speciale releases.
