Nose: Ale, boterachtige mout, draf en licht gedroogde kruiden. Volumineuze tonen van gekarameliseerde noten en romige snoepjes, helderder fruit op de achtergrond (= peren, appelbloesem)
Palate: Meer appelzoetheid, stroperige tonen, gestoofde pruimen. Honingachtige tonen gemengd met milde kruiden en munt, zeer lichte nootachtigheid van het sherryvat, evenals zoethout en rozijnen
Finish: Medium, op rode appel, rozijnen, met een vleugje karamel en walnoten
