A blend of Irish Malt and Irish Grain Whisky, aged for 5 years in first-fill Bourbon casks and finished in exceptional Cognac casks handpicked by our Master Distiller, Graeme Millar. This rare finish in Irish whiskey brings forward rich notes of candied lemons, dried pineapples, and a lingering ginger spice.
