This Fifty Edition is crafted from local barley grown on the unique Hesbaye terroir. After distillation in traditional pot stills, it first matures in first-fill bourbon casks. It then receives a special finish: 50% in Pedro Ximénez casks and 50% in ex-bourbon casks. Alongside the 50% ABV, this dual maturation explains the name of this special edition.
The result? A refined and subtle single malt that fully reflects the character of Hesbaye!
