PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Pre-orders are purchases of products that are not yet available in our own warehouse but are already offered by our suppliers. By enabling pre-orders, Tensu gives you the opportunity to reserve limited and/or restricted bottlings before the official sale has begun.

Once the pre-ordered product is in stock and paid for, Tensu will proceed with collection/delivery of the item. When you place a pre-order, you must pay the full price of the product upfront. After payment, your pre-order cannot be cancelled unless there is a waiting list and the pre-order can be resold.

Pre-order payments do not guarantee product availability, but represent your offer to purchase the product once it becomes generally available. Release dates are subject to change. As a result, we cannot be held liable for any changes to release dates communicated by Tensu.

If there is a shortfall in deliveries compared to the number of pre-orders placed, the principle of “first come, first served” applies. Customers whose pre-orders cannot be fulfilled will have their purchase amount refunded.
