The Langhe Favorita DOC "Onorata" from the Angelo Negro winery is a surprising and lively expression of a historic Piedmontese grape: Favorita (belonging to the Vermentino family). Born on the sandy, calcareous hills of the Roero region, this white wine captivates with its agile and thirst-quenching drinkability.
In the glass, it shows a beautiful bright straw-yellow color, embellished with slight greenish reflections. The nose opens with a fresh and fragrant bouquet, characterized by intense notes of wildflowers, rennet apple, and delicate citrus hints. The palate is dynamic, marked by a fresh and "citrine" (citrusy) mouthfeel, perfectly balanced by excellent mineral sapidity and a pleasantly soft, velvety finish.
Thanks to its distinct freshness, Onorata is a highly versatile wine, perfect for cooling down warm summer days or complementing your seafood menus.
