Juicy rosé wine obtained from Bombino Nero, indigenous varietal of the rocky hills of Castel Del Monte DOC in northern Puglia. Skin maceration for 15-18 hours give the wine its brilliant pink color and its lovely penetrating red fruit and floral aromas and flavors. The rich fruity palate and lingering finish make it a great aperitif and versatile food match.
