Winemaking:
The grapes, sourced from an old vineyard, are harvested by hand, and the whole bunches are pressed using a pneumatic press. After 24 hours of settling, the must ferments at 20ºC in 500L French oak barrels. Once fermentation is complete, the wine ages for 10 months in the barrels with weekly battonage for 2 months.
Exam notes:
With a pale yellow color and a complex aroma of white fruit, it has floral and mineral notes combined with the elegance of vanilla from the wood. On the palate it is rich, fresh and balanced.
