Ezra Brooks is a premium bourbon from Lux Row Distillers in Bardstown, Kentucky with a mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley that’s charcoal filtered for a mellow finish. The result is an approachable 80 proof (ABV 40%) bourbon that delivers notes of caramel and vanilla with hints of chocolate and spice.
