Palate: Bold notes of vanilla and smoke right from the start, along with hay and an old wooden stable; quite powerful for the alcohol content.
Finish: A beautifully long finish starting with caramelized oak, brown butter, shifting from smoked malt to lightly vegetal peat, very mouthcoating it is.
