Hampden Distillery produceert rum met verschillende smaakprofielen van low tot high-ester content. Ze werken met formules die geïdentificeerd worden met unieke acroniemen: LROK betekent Light Rum Owen Kelly, omdat het een ‘licht’ estergehalte bevat en gecreëerd is door de legendarische master distiller van het einde van de 19e eeuw "Owen Kelly". Een rum met een estergehalte van 334,7 gram / hectoliter zuivere alcohol en een congenersgehalte van 1240,2 gr/hlpa .
