Tagaro Macco Macco Rosato (2024) 12.5 IGP Puglia Tagaro 75CL
Masseria Tagaro is a family-run estate that combines tradition with modern winemaking techniques. The vineyards are located in the characteristic Itria Valley, known for its typical calcareous soils of Puglia. The winery works with indigenous grape varieties (such as Negroamaro and Susumaniello) that are deeply rooted in the identity of the region. The vinification contains partial removal of the must after a few hours of maceration (skin contact), followed by fermentation as for a white wine.
This rosé is meant to be enjoyed young and is not really intended for long-term aging.
