Gedistilleerd uit melasse en 9 jaar gerijpt in bourbonvaten in Flic & Flac, Mauritius en vervolgens 2 jaar gerijpt in Cognac Ferrand vaten in Javrezac, Frankrijk.
Neus: Fruitige aroma's van karamel, vanille en citrus met citroenschil, passievrucht, banaan en kokosnoot. Ondertonen van nootmuskaat en tabak verrijken de complexiteit.
Mond: Smaken van gedroogd fruit, exotische guave en een vleugje bloemige rozengeur. Een finale van zwarte thee, peper en droge sinaasappelschil.
