Nose: Vibrant, crisp citrus zest and sour plums flow over fig syrup and sultanas. Sweet and delicate stewed barley lingers gently in the background.
Palate: A smooth, full-bodied oak character rolls seamlessly to rich molasses sugar and roasted orchard fruits.
Finish: A hint of mandarin orange combines with barley grist to give an elegant depth and contrast in the classic sherry finish.
