PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pre-orders are purchases of products that are not yet available in our own warehouse but have already been offered by our suppliers. By offering pre-orders, Tensu gives you the opportunity to reserve limited and/or restricted releases before the official sale begins.

Once the pre-ordered product is in stock and payment has been received, Tensu will proceed with the collection or delivery of the product. When placing a pre-order, you must pay the full price of the product in advance. After payment, your pre-order cannot be cancelled unless there is a waiting list and the pre-order can be resold to another customer.

Pre-order payments do not guarantee the availability of the product but represent your offer to purchase the product once it becomes generally available. Release dates are subject to change. Therefore, Tensu cannot be held liable for any changes to release dates as communicated by Tensu.

In the event that supplier deliveries fall short of the total number of pre-orders placed, the “first-come, first-served” principle will apply. Customers whose pre-orders cannot be fulfilled will receive a full refund of their purchase amount.
