Palate: Bright and light, then deepens into layered peat. Salty, tarry ropes meet soft buttercream, flamed orange peel, aniseed, smoked fish on rye, toasted pumpernickel with taramasalata and burnt popcorn.
Finish: Rich and oily on the palate, remarkably full-bodied and lingering, especially for 46% abv.
