Nose: Rich and concentrated, reminiscent of Vin Jaune from the Jura; vesou, cane honey, vanilla, spices, tropical fruits, and flowers (jasmine, lily).
Palate: Pure and characterful — at once liqueur-like, fresh, tangy, salty, and spicy. Develops towards agave sap, candied pear, and fresh walnut.
Finish: Elegant and focused, balancing vanilla, minerality, eucalyptus, acacia honey, green liquorice, citrus, and tropical fruit, with a spicy touch of cinnamon and nutmeg.

A truly unique artistic cuvée: an assemblage of rums matured in Mizunara oak casks (rare Japanese oak) and new American oak barrels. Each bottle is hand-painted by the Martinican artist Carole Aurore.
Tasting Notes
